First of all: yes, sometimes we also think that Shaun White is the biggest sell out since… Tony Hawk. But if you see past all the bad choices (some extremly badly choosen sponsors) that Mr. White have made he´s still maybe the best snowboarder when it comes to copetitions. And he´s also one of the top 3 skateboarders when it comes to competing. So I guess he´s sort of a winner.

Anyway, he´s still doing stuff with Volcom, but now he´s releasing a new brand together with his older brother. And the older brother – Jesse – is the man behind the design of almost all the Shaun White Burton gear.

Shaun White for target is a line that is made for (yes you guessed it) Target. Apparently the line will include some easy to wear such as button downs and tshirts. And there´s some great looking pillows as well.

The collection is to be released this fall.

Lately we´ve been quite crazy about the summer collection from Loreak Mendian. The spanish company based in San Sebastian makes some of the best clothes. Ever. So try to make a note to yourself – go check it out.

We especially like the unistriped knitted sweater. And it comes for both men and women! The only problem with Loreak mendian is that it´s quite hard to find outside of San sebastian/Bilbbao/Barcelona. Apparently they have a stor in Paris as well. But that´s about it…

Legendary jeansmaker Levis have hooked up with snowboarding brand 686 to create a whole new sort od outerwear. Apparently the new collection will show us the usage of denim in snowboard gear. It feels a lot like what Burton did with the ltd grail denim jacket and pants this year. But you never know what to expect when it comes to 686.

A limited range for borth men and women are due to release in 08/09.
