If you watched the olympic halfpipe contest you might have noticed that many of the riders were listening to music during their runs. Their uniforms provided by burton have integrated speakers in the hood and control panel on the sleeve. The players themselves were the riders own, giving iPod and Apple free marketing and publicity.

Now here’s another of those opportunities to become a featured artist. This time it 686 who seeks an artist for their 686 ACE series. ACE stands for “Artist Collaboration Effort” and is based upon the concept of working with artists to feature their original designs in 686 jackets and pants. Deadline for submissions is march 1, winners will be announced march 10.

Ubisoft and Shaun White have announced that they’ll create video games inspired by Shaun White’s snowboarding style. Shaun will work together with Ubisoft’s developer team and is stoked by the idea of developing a video game.
