Largest wave ridden

Brad Gerlach’s 68 foot wave were declared the biggest wave ridden at the Billabong XXL awards. Brad caught the wave at Todos Santos, Mexico and I must say it scares the hell out of me. Brad walked home from the awards with $68,000 more than he came with.

Paul Frank first class roller

I came across this wonderful travelbag from Paul Frank whilst talking a walk in the nice spring weather. I fell in love immediately. The bag is in leather and covered with travel related logos and is sized to fit overhead compartments.

POP Magazine

I came across POP Magazine from Australia when surfing the net. It’s a new magazine with it’s second issue out now. The magazine covers skate, snowboard, surf and an active lifestyle. One cool thing is that they have the entire magazine online for anybody to read.

How to keep the season interesting

Brandon Arnold at About Snowboarding have made a list of how not to get stuck in routine. You know taking the same chair lift, riding the same lines, hitting the same jumps and so on. If you follow the list you will probably become a better rider, two of the tips are “Ride switchstance all day” and “Build a jump”.
